Order received

Cancel order
It's possible that you might want to cancel your order for some reason. Don't worry, fill out this form and we'll take care of it! If your product has already been shipped, simply refuse to accept it upon delivery.
Damaged product arrived
Courier services can sometimes make mistakes, and products may get damaged during shipping. Feel free to contact us, and we will arrange an immediate replacement for you!
Right of Withdrawal Provision
If you have not worn or used the product, you can simply cancel your order within 14 days. Use this option if you are not satisfied with what you received.
Size exchange
The product arrived, but the size isn't right? No problem, you can let us know here and we'll exchange it. Always check the size chart before ordering, so it doesn't happen again next time!
