Order received

We are checking when your order might arrive. If you have already received a tracking number, please contact the courier service first!

Cancel order

It may happen that you wish to cancel your order for some reason. Don't worry, fill out this form and we'll sort it out! If your item has already been shipped, simply refuse delivery.

Damaged product arrived

Even courier services make mistakes sometimes, and products can get damaged during shipping. Don't hesitate to contact us, and we'll arrange an immediate replacement for you!

Right of withdrawal

If you haven't worn or used the product, you can easily withdraw from your order within 14 days. Use this option if you don't like what you received.

Size exchange

Did the product arrive, but the size isn't right? No problem, you can let us know here and we'll exchange it. Always check the size chart before ordering, so this won't happen again!
